The reason why gypsum line is easy to break - the mould of gypsum line manufacturer will analyze for you:
There are two situations in which gypsum line is easy to break:
First, if it breaks soon after demoulding or when you take it, it means that you are slow in making the line, and the gypsum powder starts to solidify and is still making the line. The initial setting time of gypsum powder varies with different areas and different mines. The small knitting of gypsum line mould tells you that it is about 3 to 5 minutes old, that is to say, a gypsum line needs to be finished in about 5 minutes.
Second, if it is easy to break after cold drying, there are three situations. When the proportion of water with gypsum powder is large, and too much water with gypsum powder is put. When the gypsum line is cool and dry, a large amount of water evaporates, the gypsum line will become thinner, and the gap in the line will become larger, resulting in broken line. It's because there are too few glass wires, just like the steel bars in the prefabricated slab. Glass fiber or glass mesh plays the role of reinforcement. The strength of gypsum powder itself is not enough.
Gypsum line manufacturers remind not to stack, not to squeeze, not to expose, and in use, but also to prevent it from splashing water. Although it has the function of absorbing water, when we store the gypsum line, we should put it in a dry and ventilated place, and remember that there should be no open fire around.
